Biologically observed, species that nurture its infant longer has higher intelligence The crow takes care of its infant for 2 years, a very long time for a bird. But it becomes much much more intelligent than the average chicken which is quite independent when its young, but can only peck and peck.The crows can learn to use tools around them. Us mammals have a long nurturing period, that makes us smarter. The pig experiment, where two pigs who never knew how to swim before were put in a pool of water, one panicked and trembled, while the other was very calm. the one that was calm was the piglet which was nurtured in a natural length of time, while the panic piglet was separated with its mother at a very early age. This is why we need to take care of our children for much longer time, even until 23 years old maybe. that's at least a quarter of their lives being looked after by parents.
Requirements for good society
Every big society has strong roots in culture, a big society is one that tries over and over again to define what they are, to think and imagine about what they were from stories, writings, and poems told from generation to generation. And then to live the moment where they feel they are attached to their ancestors and past. Finally to look at the future to grasp the chance of adventure and develop their society gradually. the roots grow first and then the leaves, the roots grow stronger, the flowers and fruits come out. The plants root holds the plant firmly to the ground and suck natural resources for its growth. Society needs its root to make it a clear, firm basic identity, while these cultural roots absorb modernity filtered by its roots taking up what is necessary.
We need to make sure our organizations, business', ideologies, ideas are not premature when being born in to the world, and make sure it is nurtured well. Given proper attention and commitment before spin off. nothing is perfect before tested, but really good preparation can make a big difference. Development needs time, and the right condition. Lets make a good climate for development to happen naturally and controlled
